Patches

This hotfix fixes the DoS vulnerability of a network game.

Instructions:
- save all files from ..\bin\x86\stable\*.*
- remove all files from ..\bin\x86\stable\*.*
- unrar archive into ..\bin\x86\stable\

This hotfix do not requires additional activation and should be installed only on server. Clients do not need it.

Side effect: incorrect message to client in case of Integrity Check failed.
